Sunshine Action prepares food 'Sunshine Blessing Bags 耀陽福寶袋' containing basic food items such as rice, noodle, canned food, vermicelli, oil, sauce, sugar, etc... and distributed to an average of 10-30 organizations in Hong Kong per group program, covering approx. from 1'000 - 4'000 low-income families/cases, including elderly, severely sick, cancer patients, HIV patients, cleaning workers, victims of home violence, homeless and many more...

耀陽慈福袋/福寶袋 2010-2011

Same as previous programs in Hong Kong, Sunshine Action is intended to give away between 2'000-3'800 Blessing Bags during the coming major festive dates 2010 & 2011

GLOBAL VOLUNTEER & CHARITY PROGRAMS

Sunshine Action invites volunteers to participate in our overseas programs. Sunshine Action global programs are completely operated and executed by volunteers. Each mission includes:

- Volunteering services to the poorest areas, including severely sick patients

- Managing and packing the food & material for the target organizations

- Emotional healing and caring to the needy

***full 100% amount raised will be completely used on the target mission of the country***

Note:

- Each volunteer would be required to raise fund for each trip. Minimum amount is fixed according to the complexity of the program.

- Each volunteer will pay for his own travelling expenses, hotel, food & transportation.

- Each volunteer will help during the program as a team-member with specific responsibilities.

- Sunshine Action will not bear responsibility for health issue or accident of volunteer during & after the trip.

Activities: Volunteering Visit & Food Donation to Leprosy patients, HIV/AIDS patients, severely sick patients & handicapped. Special food donations to abandoned street children and medical camps to villages.

Sunshine Action America Volunteer Tour -  Colombia, Ecuador, Peru.

Duration: approx. 3 weeks

Travel Budget:  approx. HKD 35'000.--

Min. Fund Raising : HKD 18'000.--

Activities: Volunteering Visit & Food Donation to HIV/AIDS patients, severely sick patients & handicapped. Special food donations to abandoned street children and medical camps to village
