耀阳行动成立了獨立的“中國慈善及賑災基金”，專門支持我們在中國內地的項目，以幫助下列的群體：
a)
患有嚴重疾病者，如痲瘋、癌症等
b)
兒童教育基金以資助兒童的生活用品、文具等
c)
災後為窮困者提供食物及生活用品
d)
植樹行動，作為我們全球項目的一部分
耀阳行动承諾所有在內地進行的慈善項目均“不會涉及任何宗教背景及政治意圖”，我們只會就
'扶助貧困、滋潤心靈及愛護地球'
的宗旨與區內的組織一起合作及工作。
耀阳行动
是一个在香港特区注册的，非政府、非营利的纯民间爱心公益性组织. 是由幾位本身有正的工，利用工餘時間，甚至以自己的薪金貼營運；
"耀陽行動"募得善款及物資，不扣除營運開支，全數用於受助者身上.-

fund 'CHINA CHARITY & DISASTER
FUND' exclusively to serve our programs in the
Mainland CHINA of the following group:
a) Severely sick patients such as Leprosy,
cancer, etc...
b) Orphans & Children Education funds for material, stationaries,
etc...
c) Post-Disasters poverty reliefs such as Food & Material.
d) Tree- Planting as part of our global program.
SUNSHINE ACTION promises that all charity programs perform
inside China will follow the 'Non-Religious
background & Non-Political intentions'
policy.
SUNSHINE ACTION
will work with Chinese local organizations only in the area of
‘Poverty Relief,
Emotional Healing & Love Planet’
