HEART  HEALING 滋潤心靈

Broken-Heart, loneliness, hopelessness, feeling abandoned, downgraded, lack of confidence and depression are often the 'emotional suffering' we encounter in most of our target group of poor elderly, severely sick patients, mentally & physically handicapped and many more....

傷心、寂寞、絕望、感到被遺棄、被看扁、缺乏自信、沮喪等“情緒痛苦”，常見於我們所面對的年老、嚴重病患、傷殘等目標群組。

The long-term depression may cause illness, lost of interest, lost of appetite, insomnia, personal isolation, etc... In some severe cases, they may lead to suicide.

長期沮喪、抑鬱很容易引起疾病，失去對事物的興趣，沒有胃口，失眠，自我隔離….等。在一些嚴重的個案中，甚或可能導致自殺。

Imagine if you are / 想像一下如果您是:

• A severely handicapped patient, without capability to work or even to take care of yourself.

             一個嚴重傷殘病患者，沒有能力去工作、甚至照顧自己;

• Abandoned by the family, completely lonely ; 被家庭遺棄，完全孤立

• Feeling useless to the society and hopeless to life 覺得自己對社會沒有貢獻及對人生絕望

• Getting old, facing all sort of physical illness & worry about death. 年邁而面對各種病痛，憂慮死亡

• Depressed, but with no one to talk to or express your feeling.  抑鬱沮喪但沒有對象可傾訴或表達自己感受

• Lost of direction and confused on true meaning of life. 對生命意義迷失失去方向及感到混亂

• Forgetting the feeling of being 'loved' and cared 遺忘了被愛及關顧的感覺

Sunshine Action is cooperating with local NGOs in motivating & inviting young volunteers to conduct simple 'emotional healing' sections by LISTENING, UNDERSTANDING & COMFORTING

耀陽行動現計劃與志願組織合作，誠邀一些年青義工透過聆聽、了解、慰問等，擔當 “情緒康復”環節工作。

The program is set on monthly service of minimum 6 months to 1 year.

這個項目是每月提供服務，為期最少六個月至一年

Each section is covered by at least 2 volunteers and min. of 30 min. 每節有最少兩位義工及為時30分鐘

Each Volunteer must 每名義工必須:

• have meet the minimum time of Good listening 達到最低要求的善巧聆聽時間

• learn the skills of positive responses 學習正面回應的技巧

• learn how to start a conversation 學習如何展開對話             

• know how to response to a emotional crisis 懂得如何回應一個情緒危機         

• have sensitive consideration & care to the target cases   對目標個案有敏銳的考量及照料

耀陽行動 Sunshine Action is inviting all youth groups & organizations interested to cooperate with us for a period min. of  6 months / 1 year in our 'Emotional Healing' program.
