Sunshine Action volunteers visited few provinces
near Ho Chi Minh City in the first program to help
250 families/cases
with Leprosy & handicapped members; beneficiated approx.
800-1'000 peoples

LEPROSY PATIENTS 麻瘋病
麻瘋病 LEPROSY
在治療過程中，患者除了承受極大的痛楚外，由於麻瘋病患者需要接受隔離治療，再加上社會對這種疾病的誤解，一般人對患者採取敬而遠之的態度，讓他們在心理上得不到支援和鼓勵。
 
We purchased the basic food items such as
Rice, sauce, sugar, noodles in the local market.
 
 
為了關懷這些被遺忘的一群，「耀陽行動」在2008
十二月的越南探訪活動，推廣至麻瘋病患，這次探訪內容包括探訪越南胡志明市的麻瘋病
150 個家庭，預計受惠者可達
500 至 600
人。
 
As Leprosy patients need
to be isolated, many of these patients live deep inside in the
jungle and basically abandoned by their families.
  
 
 
HANDICAPPED PATIENTS & FAMILIES 肢體殘缺病人&家庭
 
 
貧困肢體殘缺病人 100 個家庭 - 預計受惠者可達 300 至 500 人。
 
Many of the handicapped peoples we visited are
injured or born like this and will last for the rest of their
life.
  
 
 
In Vietnam, there are many rice field and long
hours of travelling to visit the final cases.
 
Trung Tam MAI HOI - HIV / AIDS Hospice
越南的愛滋病人 30-50 人
 
In the area of Cu Chi, the Trung Tam MAI HOI
takes care of peoples with AIDS, both adult & children.
 
In 2007, over 15'000 peoples died because of
AIDS.
This is one of the best Charity Trips of
Sunshine Action with great support & wonderful volunteering
members.
